Primary responsibility for program policy and direction rests with the Program Manager, Interpretation, WASO, currently Corky Mayo, working with the Training Manager for Interpretation, Education, Partnerships, Recreation and Conservation, David Larsen. Primary responsibility for program maintenance and implementation rests with the Training Manager, at Mather Training Center.
