Welcome to John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site!

The site is currently closed for the visitor season through May 28, 2025.

During the off season, tours can be arranged by appointment only, Wednesdays and Fridays, with at least two weeks advance notice and are dependent on staff availability. Weekend tour times (Saturdays and Sundays) are not available. For a listing of already known blackout dates, please check the alerts section of our website. Tours are thirty-minutes long and free-of-charge.

If you would like to schedule a tour in the off-season, please email us, letting us know the date of your intended visit, your preference for a morning or afternoon time, the number of people in your group, and your contact information. A member of our staff will then contact you to arrange the visit.

From May 29 through October 30, 2025 John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site will be open for the season.

*Thursday, May 29 through Sunday, June 1, 2025 we will be open exclusively for Self-Guided Open House Tours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.*

From June 5 through October 30, 2025, we will be open Thursdays through Sundays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Mondays - Wednesdays. Our schedule will be as follows:

*Please note that tours are subject to change based on staff availability and inclement weather.*

Visitor Center Hours: Thursdays - Sundays, 10:00 AM - 5 PM

Staff-led House Tours:
Daily, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM & 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
On the hour and half-hour
30 minutes in length
Free of charge
Space is limited – see staff at the visitor center desk for tickets.

Staff-led Neighborhood Tours:
Daily, 2:15 PM
45 minutes in length
Free of charge
Tour begins in the back yard

Open House – Self-Guided House Tours:
Daily, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Open house format: tour at your own pace
Free of charge
