No entrance pass required

An entrance pass is not required to access Mojave National Preserve.

Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money.

Mojave National Preserve does not charge entrance fees. Camping fees: $12/night at Hole-in-the-Wall and Midhills Campground (first come, first served) $25/night at Black Canyon and Equestrian Group Sites (reservation required, call 760-252-6100) See go.nps.gov/MojaveCGFees for campsite payment options.

Campground Fees can be paid online at via Pay.gov at go.nps.gov/MojaveCGFees. Public wifi is available inside and the porch area surrounding the Hole in the Wall information Center, 1/2 mile south of Hole-in-the-Wall Campground.

Hole-in-the-Wall and MidHills campgrounds are first come, first served. Please note Payment of fees ahead of your arrival does not reserve or guarantee a site.

Black Canyon and Equestrian group sites are available for groups by reservation only. Please call 760-252-6100.

Entrance Fees

There is currently no entrance fee for Mojave National Preserve. America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreation Lands passes are not needed or sold in the preserve.

Mojave National Preserve does not sell or issue any interagency passes. You may be able to get your passes at other federal sites like Joshua Tree, Lake Mead, Death Valley. Places to Get Interagency Passes (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov)

 

Purchase a Park Pass

Passes are available for purchase in person at nearby parks like Death Valley, Joshua Tree, and Lake Mead. Passes can be purchased online from the USGS.
