Petroglyph Viewing Trail

Trail Length: 1.8 miles round-trip on a unpaved trail. See up to 400 petroglyphs.

Degree of difficulty: Easy to moderate. Walk trail along bottom of volcanic escarpment to see petroglyphs.

North Rim Trail (no petroglyph viewing)

Trail Length: 1.4 miles one way on a unpaved trail. Great views of the surrounding area can be enjoyed by following the trail up to the mesa top.

Degree of difficulty: Easy to moderate.

Combination of both trails roundtrip: 2.5 miles.

Open daily sunrise to sunset.

Leashed pets allowed. Maximum leash lenght is 6-feet. Owners must pick up after their pets and dispose of waste in a trash can.

Amenities: None. No water, no restrooms.

Limited parking facilites. If parking lot is full, park along Jill Patricia St. Do not park in adjoining strip mall parking lot.
