An entrance pass is not required to access San Antonio Missions National Historical Park.
Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money.

America the Beautiful passes cover admission to national parks and other federal recreational lands. San Antonio Missions National Historical Park ONLY offers the following free passes at our Mission San José Visitor Center, located at:

Access Pass: US citizens or permanent residents with permanent disabilities. Applicants must provide documentation of permanent disability and residency or citizenship.
Free Annual Pass for US Military: Current US military members and their dependents in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force, as well as Reserve and National Guard members. Please check photo ID requirements before arriving.
Military Lifetime Pass: For Gold Star Families with a valid Gold Star Family Voucher and US military veterans with a valid, veteran ID.
Annual 4th Grade Pass: US 4th graders, including home-schooled and free-choice learners 10 years of age, with a valid Every Kid Outdoors paper voucher
