Plate XLI. The Bachelors' Quarters Building at
Fort Vancouver, as It Appeared During the Spring of 1860.
This enlarged portion of the British Boundary Commission photograph of
the northeast section of the courtyard shows a portion of the south wall
of the Bachelors' Quarters, a feature not visible in most prints of this
photograph. Note weatherboard siding on the south wall at the extreme
right. Also note the foot scrapers in front of at least two of the
doors.
